Good sharing. In addition there's one more situation that calls for this tool. As we know there are two types of causes viz common and special causes. Special causes don't require a Six Sigma approach, but common causes situation calls for this tool.
First of all thank you for giving your valuable time to watch this video and sharing ur inputs. You are Perfectly right six Sigma can also be used for common causes, that also covered under the SPC section under Six Sigma methodology. At the same time we can use other traditional methodologies of problem solving like PDSA, A3, 8D, RCA, CAPA. Thanks again ur valuable inputs 🌹🌹
